Agusan del Norte (Cebuano: Amihanang Agusan; Butuanon: Probinsya hong Agusan del Norte) is a province in the Philippines. It is in the Caraga region on the island of Mindanao. The capital is the city of Cabadbaran. It is bordered by Surigao del Norte to the northeast and Surigao del Sur to the mid-east. To the southeast, it borders Agusan del Sur, and to the southwest, Misamis Oriental. The province faces Butuan Bay, which is part of the Bohol Sea, to its northwest.

They are part of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, which is the provincial council. The provincial government offices are currently in Butuan City. However, Cabadbaran is the official capital.
