Agustín Sierra Romera, born on September 23, 1990, is a well-known Argentine actor. Many people know him by his nickname, Cachete Sierra.
Early Life
Agustín Sierra was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on September 23, 1990. His parents are Roberto Sierra and María Romera. He has an older brother named Roberto and an older sister named Paula.
Acting Career
Agustín Sierra started his acting journey at a young age. He first appeared on TV in 1999 when he was just 9 years old, in a show called Verano del '98.
Early TV Roles
From 1999 to 2001, Agustín was part of the popular youth TV series Chiquititas. He also performed in the stage versions of Chiquititas during these years. In 2001, he was honored with the Chiquititas de Oro award. He also acted in the movie Chiquititas: Rincón de luz.
In 2002, he had a special role in another youth TV series, Rebelde Way. The next year, in 2003, he joined the cast of the children's TV show Rincón de Luz. He also performed in the theater shows for Rincón de Luz until 2004.
From 2004 to 2005, Agustín was part of the TV series Floricienta. In 2006, he made special appearances in the shows Alma Pirata and Chiquititas Sin Fin.
Later TV and Theater Work
From 2007 to 2010, Agustín was a main cast member in the popular youth series Casi Ángeles. He also performed in the stage shows for Casi Ángeles during these years.
In 2014, he appeared in the TV series Sandía con vino and had a voice role in Aliados. He also hosted the show Fans en vivo from 2014 to 2016.
Agustín continued to act in various TV shows and plays. In 2017, he appeared in Golpe al corazón. He was also part of the play Desesperados from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, he acted in the play La madre que los parió and the TV series Pequeña Victoria. He also appeared in the film Te pido un taxi.
From 2019 to 2020, he was part of the play ..., viví tu experiencia. In 2020, he made a special appearance in the TV series Separadas.
Recent Projects
Agustín has also been a contestant on popular TV competition shows. In 2020, he won Cantando 2020, a singing competition. In 2021, he was a runner-up in Bailando 2021, a dancing competition. In 2022, he appeared on ¿Quién es la máscara? as Olaf, the Viking.
He continues to act in television, with roles in shows like La 1-5/18 in 2021 and Buenos chicos starting in 2023.
