Aimar Oroz Huarte (born November 27, 2001) is a professional footballer from Spain. He plays as an attacking midfielder for the La Liga club Osasuna. Aimar has played for Spain's youth national teams and now represents the Malaysia national team.

Aimar Oroz's Club Journey
Aimar Oroz was born in Arazuri, a town in Navarre, Spain. He started playing football in Osasuna's youth team in 2014. Before that, he played for Ikastola Sanduzelai.
Starting in Senior Football
On May 30, 2018, after finishing his training, Aimar signed his first contract with Osasuna for two years. He was only 16 years old when he played his first senior game. This happened on September 1, 2018, for Osasuna's reserve team. They won 2–0 against CD Subiza in a league called Tercera División.
Aimar made his first professional appearance on May 31, 2019. He came on as a late substitute in a 3–2 win against Córdoba CF in the Segunda División championship.
Moving Up to La Liga
By May 14, 2020, Aimar was a regular player for Osasuna's reserve team. He signed a new contract with the club, known as the Rojillos, until 2023. On July 19, he played his first game in La Liga, which is Spain's top football league. He came on as a substitute in a 2–2 draw against RCD Mallorca.
On June 20, 2022, Aimar scored 11 goals for the reserve team. He helped them get promoted to a higher league called Primera División RFEF. Because of his great performance, he signed another contract until 2026. On August 31, he officially joined the main Osasuna team. He had already started in the club's first three matches of the season.

On September 16, 2022, Aimar was called up to the Spain Under-21 team for the first time. He played in two friendly matches.
Winning Olympic Gold
A big moment in Aimar's career happened on July 10, 2024. He was chosen to be part of the Spain team for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. On August 9, 2024, his team won the gold medal! They beat the host nation, France, with a score of 5–3 in an exciting match.
