Airexpo facts for kids
Airexpo is a big French airshow that started in 1987. It is the third most important airshow in France. Students from two important universities, the École nationale de l'aviation civile and the Institut supérieur de l'aéronautique et de l'espace, organize it every year. It usually takes place at the Muret - Lherm Aerodrome.
What You Can See at Airexpo
At Airexpo, you can see all kinds of amazing aircraft! You might spot famous planes like the historic Supermarine Spitfire or the powerful F-18 Super Hornet. There are also smaller planes, like the Robin DR400. Big passenger planes, called airliners, are often there too. Companies like Airbus and ATR show off their jets. You might even see the giant Airbus A380, the Airbus A340-600, or the ATR 72-500. This shows how special and varied the airshow is!
