Albert Lee Martin (born November 24, 1967) is an American former professional baseball player. He was a left fielder in the sport. Al Martin played for 12 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB). He spent most of his career with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He also played one season in the KBO League, which is a baseball league in South Korea.

Al Martin grew up in California. He went to John A. Rowland High School. He finished high school in 1985.
Al Martin's Baseball Career
Al Martin played for several teams during his time in Major League Baseball. He started with the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1992. He played for them until 1999. After that, he joined the San Diego Padres in 2000. Later in 2000, he moved to the Seattle Mariners, where he played until 2001. His last MLB team was the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in 2003.
