Albie is a fun animated TV show made by Cosgrove Hall Films. It's all about a 5-year-old boy named Albie who has a super wild and creative imagination! But sometimes, his amazing imagination gets him into a bit of trouble with his friends, family, and even his grumpy neighbor, Mr. Kidhater-Cox. The show was created by Andy Cutbill, a famous children's author, and it's based on his own childhood memories. You can often catch reruns of Albie on the CITV channel in the UK.

What is Albie About?

The main idea of Albie is that this little boy keeps meeting strange and funny animals in his garden. These animals often cause mischief and get Albie into trouble! For example, there are Welsh water buffalo who want to steal the bathtub. You might also see elephants from Geordie who love buns, or even camels from the Sahara desert living in the sandpit. The show leaves it up to you to decide if these animal adventures are real or just part of Albie's big imagination.

The way the show was made is pretty cool and special. The people characters and the backgrounds were drawn in a traditional 2D style. But the animals were created using 3D CGI (computer graphics). Then, these two different styles were put together to make the final animation. This mix of 2D and 3D made the show look really unique!

Most episodes are full of funny and unusual plots. They often end with innocent Albie getting blamed for the chaos. And usually, a very angry person shouts his name: "ALBIE!"
