Ale Narendra (born August 21, 1946 – died April 9, 2014) was an important Indian politician. He was known for working hard to create the state of Telangana. He served as a Member of Parliament (MP) for the Medak area in 1999 and 2004. He was also a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) three times for the Himayatnagar area.

Early Life
Ale Narendra was born into a Padmasali family. His parents were Ale Ramalingam and Ale Pushpavati. He was born in Aliabad, which was part of Hyderabad State at the time. He had a younger brother named Ale Shyam.
Political Journey
Ale Narendra started his political journey early. He was a member of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), a large Indian organization. In 1962, he joined the Bharatiya Jana Sangh political party.
Joining the BJP
After the Jan Sangh party ended, Ale Narendra joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He was elected as an MLA for the Himayatnagar area three times. These wins were in 1983, 1994, and 1997.
He also became a Member of Parliament (MP) for the Medak area. He won this election in both 1999 and 2004. From 2004, he served as the Minister of State for Rural Development. This was part of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA I) government.
Starting Telangana Sadhana Samithi
In 2001, Ale Narendra left the BJP. He did this because he felt the party was not doing enough to create the new state of Telangana. He then started his own political party. He named it the Telangana Sadhana Samithi (TSS). The main goal of this new party was to achieve statehood for Telangana.
Later, his party joined with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS). This was done to unite efforts for the Telangana movement.
Working with TRS
Ale Narendra joined the TRS party. He did this because K. Chandrashekar Rao, the leader of TRS, wanted everyone to work together for Telangana. He won an election as an MP while being a part of the TRS.
Later Life and Death
Ale Narendra passed away on April 9, 2014. He was 67 years old. He had been ill for a long time with various health issues. He died at a private hospital in Hyderabad.
