Alina Grosu (Ukrainian: Аліна Ґросу) is a Ukrainian singer. She was born on June 8, 1995. Alina is part of the Romanian community in Ukraine. She released her first music album in 2000. So far, she has released seven albums.

Alina Grosu's Music Journey
Alina Grosu was born in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. She started her music career after winning a singing contest. The prize was to record a song in a studio. There, she met the famous singer Iryna Bilyk. Together, they released four albums. Because of her success, Alina moved to Kyiv to continue her music work.
Alina has taken part in many singing competitions. These include the Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk and the national finals for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
New Sound and Stage Name
In 2017, Alina Grosu changed her music style. She started releasing dance songs. Some of these hits were "I want a bass," "Remember," and "Last Night." Her music videos for these songs became very popular. They got over a million views on YouTube in just one day!
At the start of 2018, Alina released a new song called "Lie." She also put out her sixth album, named "BASS."
In November 2018, Alina started performing under a new stage name: GROSU. She also released a new song called "Wild." With this change, she decided to present a different image. She returned to singing more emotional and gentle songs. In early 2019, GROSU released two more songs for her next album: "Loved" and "VOVA." On April 1, she shared a short musical film called "Wildly Loved Vova." In this film, she acted as a Catholic nun.
On March 12, 2021, her seventh album, "GROSU," came out. It had 17 songs.
In the fall of 2021, Alina went on a tour across Ukraine. Her show was called "Invincible." She performed in many cities like Vinnytsia, Sumy, and Kyiv. The first part of her tour ended with a big concert in Kyiv on November 23, 2021. This show was held at the Palace "Ukraine."
Alina's Studies and Acting
Alina Grosu also focused on her education. In 2010, she finished high school in Kyiv. She then joined the Utyosov Academy of Variety Circus Art. She studied musical art there.
In the summer of 2010, Alina moved to Moscow. She became a student at the All-Russian State University of Cinematography (VGIK). She chose to study acting, aiming to become an actress for movies and theater.
In the spring of 2023, she traveled to the United States. She went to study at the Hollywood School of Acting in Los Angeles. This school is also known as the Theatre of Arts Hollywood Acting School.
