Alma Delia Susana Fuentes González (born January 22, 1937 – died April 2, 2017) was a talented actress from Mexico. She acted in movies, on television, and in plays.
Her Acting Journey
Alma Delia started acting when she was very young, as a child actress. In 1951, she was nominated for a special award called the Ariel Award. This award was for "Best Youth Performance" for her role in the movie Los Olvidados. This film was directed by the famous filmmaker Luis Buñuel.
In the 1960s, Alma Delia began acting on television. She also played the main female roles in many movies. She worked alongside very popular actors like Cantinflas, Demetrio González, Antonio Aguilar, Eulalio González "Piporro", and the comedy duo Viruta y Capulina.
