Alonzo Mitchell (born January 2, 1905 – died October 1963) was an American baseball player. He was known by his nickname, "Fluke". Alonzo played as a pitcher and also worked as a manager. He played for many teams in the Negro leagues from 1921 to 1941.

Alonzo Mitchell was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He went to Morris Brown College. His older brother, Arnett Mitchell, also played in the Negro leagues.

Alonzo started his professional baseball career in 1921. He joined the Bacharach Giants team. This was the beginning of his long career in baseball.
