Alyah Chanelle Scott (born July 3, 1997) is an American actor, director, and producer. She is known for her roles as Whitney Chase in the 2021 HBO Max TV show The ... of College Girls. She also played Timberly Fox in the 2022 Hulu series Reboot. Alyah has even won a Tony Award for her work as a producer.

Early Life and School
Alyah Chanelle Scott grew up in Pearland, Texas. This town is close to Houston. Her mom is an engineer who works for NASA. Her dad works in finance for a car company. Alyah went to Glenda Dawson High School. She finished high school in 2015.
She then went to the University of Michigan. There, she earned a special college degree called a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA). This degree is for people who study musical theatre.
Her Career
Acting on Stage and Screen
Before college, Alyah spent summers performing in plays. She was in shows like The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Pippin. These shows were at Music Theatre Wichita.
While still in college, Alyah got a big role. She played Nabulungi in The Book of Mormon. This was for the musical's tour across the U.S. A national tour means the show travels to many cities. She joined the tour in July 2019. She performed in hundreds of shows. The tour stopped in early 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Alyah also starred in the TV show Reboot. She played the character Timberly Fox. This show started on Hulu on September 20, 2022. She is also a main character in The ... of College Girls. This show was renewed for a second season.
Producing Shows
Alyah is also a producer. This means she helps make plays and musicals happen. She was a co-producer for the 2023 Broadway show Parade. A "revival" means it's a new version of an old show.
