Amal Maher (born February 19, 1985) is a famous singer and actress from Egypt. She is known for her powerful voice. Many people say her style is influenced by the legendary singer Umm Kulthum.

Amal Maher's Music Journey

Amal Maher started singing when she was a young child. People first noticed her amazing talent when she was just fifteen years old. She sang songs by the famous Umm Kulthum. Instead of going to a regular school, Amal decided to study music. She joined the Conservatory of Arabic music to become a professional singer.

She soon met a composer named Mohamed Diae. They later got married and had a son together. Mohamed Diae helped Amal Maher release her first song and music video. The song was called Ely Binak W Binah. It became very popular on the radio and music TV channels.

Amal recorded her first official song in 2006. She received a lot of support from Ammar El Sherei. She thought of him as a mentor and a loyal supporter throughout her career. In 2004, she released her first album, Isa 'Ini Ana. This album included many popular songs like Eini Aliki Ta Tiba and Ya Marsr.
