Maria Armida "Amy" Parale Perez-Castillo (born September 5, 1969), also known as Tyang Amy, is a famous Filipino television and radio host. She is known for her strong opinions and unique hosting style. Tyang Amy has become a trusted face on morning and noontime TV shows in the Philippines.

Some of the popular shows she has hosted or co-hosted include Family Kuarta o Kahon (starting in 1986), Eat... Bulaga! (1988), Sa Linggo nAPO Sila (1989), 'Sang Linggo nAPO Sila (1995), Magandang Tanghali Bayan (1998), Kabuhayang Swak na Swak (2006), Face 2 Face (2010), The Singing Bee (2013), Umagang Kay Ganda (2013), and It's Showtime (2016). Early TV Shows and Hosting

Amy Perez started her big career by co-hosting popular noontime variety shows. These included Family Kuarta o Kahon from 1986 to 1990 and Eat Bulaga! from 1989 to 1995. She also hosted Sa Linggo nAPO Sila (1990–1995) and 'Sang Linggo nAPO Sila (1995–1998). From 1998 to 2002, she was a host on Magandang Tanghali Bayan. After a short break, she returned to TV as a host for the morning talk show M.R.S. in 2005.

Besides hosting, Amy Perez has also shown her talent as an actress in both movies and television. She played different kinds of characters. Some of her notable movie roles include Anne in Anak ni Baby Ama and appearances in Flavor of the Month. These movies highlighted her comedic skills. She also received praise for her role as Helen in the movie Sa Diyos Lang Ako Susuko. Other films she appeared in include Petrang Kabayo 2: Ang Ganda-Ganda Ko, Tigasin, and Pera o Bayong (Not da TV).

On television, Amy Perez acted in dramas like Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan (as Mirriam) and Habang Kapiling Ka (as Divine Ogata). She also appeared in Ikaw sa Puso Ko in 2004.
