Aníbal José Chávez Frías (born January 9, 1957 – died July 17, 2016) was a Venezuelan politician. A politician is someone who works in government. He was the mayor of Sabaneta, Barinas, a town in Venezuela. He was also the younger brother of former President Hugo Chávez and governor Adán Chávez. Aníbal Chávez was born in 1957. He was the third son of Hugo de los Reyes Chávez and Elena Frías de Chávez.
