Andre A. "Andy" Martel (born December 16, 1946 – died December 22, 2016) was an American businessman and politician. He was known for serving in the government of New Hampshire. He was a member of the Republican Party.

Andre Martel was born in Manchester, New Hampshire. He grew up there and went to Bishop Bradley High School. After high school, he continued his education at New Hampshire College. This school is now known as Southern New Hampshire University. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree there in 1971.
