Andreu Jacob was born in Barcelona, Spain. He grew up in a neighborhood called El Raval. From a young age, Andreu loved music. He started studying music at the Conservatorio Superior de Música del Liceo in Barcelona when he was just 9 years old.

First Performances and Collaborations

A year after starting his studies, Andreu had his first musical performance. By the age of 14, he began working with a famous Catalan guitarist named Max Sunyer. This was a big step for a young musician.

Achievements and Moving to Norway

Andreu Jacob won first place at the 75th Composer's Festival in Madrid. He also studied carpentry and how sound works in buildings. In 1990, he released his first musical work. When he was 23, he played at international jazz festivals in Poland.

In 1995, Andreu received his first sponsorship from a company called Paiste. Later, he worked with another sponsor, Zildjian. He has performed in many concerts around the world. These include cities like New York City, Berlin, London, and Barcelona.

Andreu Jacob has created music for projects with famous artists like Thomas Dodd and Peter Gric. In 2012, he moved to Sweden. A year later, he moved to Norway, where he lives today.
