Ane Mærsk Mc-Kinney Uggla (born 3 July 1948), also known as Ane Uggla, is a Swedish-Danish business executive. She is the youngest daughter of Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller, a famous Danish businessman. Since 2012, she has led the A.P. Møller Foundation. This foundation owns a big part of the Maersk Group. Maersk is one of the world's largest companies for shipping containers and supplies. Many people see her as one of the most powerful women in Denmark.

Ane Uggla was born on July 3, 1948, in Stockholm, Sweden. She went to N. Zahle's School in Copenhagen, Denmark. She studied modern languages at the Copenhagen Business School from 1966 to 1969. Later, in 1977, she earned a B.A. degree from Stockholm University.
From 1986 to 1997, Ane Uggla worked for the Swedish Red Cross. The Red Cross is a global organization that helps people in need.
Her Role at Maersk
Ane Uggla lives in Stockholm, Sweden. However, she spends several days each week in Copenhagen. This is for her important role as vice-chairman of A.P. Moller–Maersk. She has held this position since February 2010.
In 2012, she became the chair of the A.P. Møller Foundation. This happened after her father, Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller, passed away. She felt ready for this big responsibility. She said she was happy to be an important part of the company. She saw it as a task she gladly took on, not just a duty.
Family Life
Ane Uggla was married to Peter Uggla, a Swedish naval officer. He passed away in April 2020. She has two sons, Johan and Robert. Both of her sons are also working at A.P. Møller-Maersk.
Awards and Recognition
In 2005, Ane Uggla received a special honor. She was given the Order of the Dannebrog. This is a Danish order of chivalry. It is given to people who have done great things for Denmark.
