Aniket Jadhav was born in Kolhapur, a city in Maharashtra, India. He made history as the first football player from Kolhapur to play for the Indian national team.

Aniket Jadhav was part of the AIFF Elite Academy. This academy helped prepare players for the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup. India hosted this big tournament.
