Anne Meson, born on May 12, 1975, is a talented French TV host and singer. Her mother was a Russian artist and dance teacher, and her father was a Spanish acrobat. Growing up, Anne learned to play the piano, dance, and even ride horses!

Her TV journey started early, at just seven years old in 1982, when she appeared in many commercials. She also worked as a child model.

Anne first appeared in movies in 1984, in a film called Stress. She later acted in other movies like L'amour ou presque (1985), La lettre perdue (1987), and Bernadette (1988).

Besides movies, Anne also performed on stage. She acted in a play by Molière called Le malade imaginaire. She also starred in the popular musical Emilie Jolie. A couple of years later, Anne even performed with the famous French rock star Johnny Hallyday at one of his big concerts in Paris.

Anne Meson and Disney

In 1989, Anne Meson became the new French Disney Ambassador. This was a very special role!

Her singing career really took off with the hit song Oliver, which was inspired by Disney's movie Oliver and Company (1988). Her first solo album came out soon after. At the same time, her TV career grew as she co-hosted the French TV show Disney Parade.

From then on, her work was closely linked to Disney. As the French Disney Ambassador, she appeared on the covers of many Disney magazines. She also recorded stories on cassette tapes. Anne even performed the French voices for several Disney animated TV shows, like Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers and Darkwing Duck. She also worked at the French radio station RTL, appearing on two shows. Anne also acted in the French version of the musical Annie, first playing Tessie, one of the orphans, and later taking on the main role of Annie.

During this time, three of her first four songs became very popular in France. In 1991, Anne was even nominated for a "Victoire de la Musique" award for "Best Album for Children of the Year" for her first album. Around the same time, her new album, "Demain c'est aujourd'hui" (Tomorrow is Today), was released. This album included songs that were not related to Disney movies, like "1.2.3 Soleil." Anne also helped record a song to support a children's radio station called "Superloustic."

In 1992, Anne returned to the famous Olympia stage to perform songs from her first two albums. That same year, her third album, Que fera la belle? (What Will the Beauty Do?), was released. This album had fewer Disney songs. Her second album was also nominated for the "Victoire de la Musique" award for "Best Album for Children of the Year." In 1994, Anne finished her work with Disney.

Anne Meson's American Adventures

After her time with Disney, Anne had her own TV show in France. The next year, she moved to the United States to study at the Theatre of Art. In America, she did voice acting for movies and commercials. She also wrote her first play, Alfredo's Way.

Anne later returned to France to dance in a show called 1789 et nous. She also joined the cast of the musical Notre-Dame de Paris in Las Vegas. With this cast, she recorded an album where she sang three songs: So look no more for love, Shining like the sun, and My heart if you will swear.

She was also chosen for the new French cast of Notre-Dame de Paris. Sometimes, she played the roles of Esméralda and Fleur-de-lys. Anne also recorded a demo for the movie The Man in the Iron Mask and sang chorus parts on a song for singer Garou's first solo album, Seul.

Anne Meson later moved to Spain, where she lives now. She still sings and is a member of a Spanish band called Naughty noise.
