Anthonies Mill is a small, unincorporated community located in Washington County, in the state of Missouri, United States. A little bit to the west, about 2.5 miles away, is the older community of Vilander.

A post office was opened in Anthonies Mill in 1901. This means that people living there could send and receive mail right in their own community. The post office served the area for many years, finally closing down in 1955.
