Anthony Charteau, born on June 4, 1979, in Nantes, France, is a former professional road bicycle racer. He competed in races from 2001 to 2013. His most famous win was the Mountains Classification in the Tour de France in 2010. This was a huge moment in his career. He also won the Tropicale Amissa Bongo stage race in Gabon three times in a row, from 2010 to 2012.
Charteau stopped racing professionally at the end of the 2013 season. He had a successful career that lasted for thirteen years.
