Anthony "Anto" Drennan (born on 1 November 1958) is a talented Irish musician. He is well-known for playing both guitar and bass. Anthony has worked with many famous bands. These include The Corrs, Genesis, and Mike + the Mechanics.

Anthony Drennan was born in Luton, England, on November 1, 1958. His family was very musical. When he was young, his family moved back to Ireland. He grew up in County Dublin. He went to Kilmacud National School there.
Anthony's Musical Career
Anthony Drennan joined The Corrs as their touring lead guitarist in late 1995. He played with them for many years.
In 1998, he was chosen to play guitar and bass for the band Genesis. This was for their Calling All Stations tour. He took the place of Daryl Stuermer, who had played with Genesis for a long time.
Later, in 2010, Anthony became the lead guitarist for Mike + the Mechanics. He also plays secondary bass for this band.
Anthony has also played with many other great artists and bands. These include Clannad, Paul Brady, Moving Hearts, and Chris Rea. He has contributed to many albums and live performances over the years.
