Anthony Hamilton Jones (born September 13, 1962) is a retired American professional basketball player. He was a tall player, standing 6 feet 6 inches (198 cm) and weighing 195 pounds (89 kg). Anthony Jones was known as a swingman, which means he could play both shooting guard and small forward positions.
He played college basketball at two different universities. First, he played for Georgetown University from 1981 to 1983. Later, he played for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) from 1984 to 1986. After college, he joined the National Basketball Association (NBA), playing from 1986 to 1990.
