Anthony Dwayne Montgomery (born June 2, 1971) is an American actor and graphic novelist. He is famous for playing Ensign Travis Mayweather in the TV show Star Trek: Enterprise. This was the fifth live-action series in the Star Trek universe. Montgomery also played Andre Maddox on the TV show General Hospital from 2015 to 2019. He is the grandson of the well-known guitarist Wes Montgomery.

About Anthony Montgomery
Early Life and Education
Anthony Montgomery was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He went to Ball State University. There, he earned a degree in performance theater and drama. After college, Montgomery briefly performed stand-up comedy. Later, he moved to California to pursue his acting career.
Acting Career
Sometimes, Anthony Montgomery is credited as "A.T. Montgomery." His first main role was in the horror-comedy movie Leprechaun in the Hood in 2000. He also helped write and sing songs for this film. Before joining Star Trek: Enterprise in 2001, he had a repeating role on the TV series Popular. In 2004, he went back to doing stand-up comedy shows.
On TV and in Movies
Montgomery starred in the movie I'm Through with White Girls in 2007. In 2009, he appeared in an episode of the Fox series House. He also had a small role in the show Baby Daddy in 2013. In the same year, he produced and starred in an independent film called Chariot. This movie was about seven strangers who woke up on an airplane with no memory. In 2015, Montgomery joined the cast of the TV show General Hospital. He played the character Dr. Andre Maddox.
Stage Performances
In 2004, Montgomery returned to acting on stage in Los Angeles. He produced a play called Dutchman by LeRoi Jones. He has also acted in many other stage productions. These include Working, Oliver, Othello, and Much Ado About Nothing. In 2005, Montgomery went back to Indiana. He performed in plays to help raise money for charity.
Music and Writing
Anthony Montgomery has released his own music. He produced a CD called What You Know About.... This CD included four songs inspired by Star Trek themes. In 2007, he signed with a German music company. His first hip-hop album, titled A.T., came out in November 2008. One of his songs, "Stimulation," was featured in the TV series Single Ladies.
In 2013, Montgomery created a graphic novel series called Miles Away. This story is about a teenager with special needs who fights aliens. The first graphic novel was published in June 2013.
Personal Life
Anthony Montgomery married Adrienne Montgomery in August 2007. They have a son together, born in 2010. Anthony also has a daughter from an earlier relationship. His grandfather was the famous jazz musician Wes Montgomery. Anthony Montgomery also enjoys martial arts. He has studied Hapkido and Koga Ryu Ninjutsu.
