The Story of Anthony Page
Anthony Page was born in 1563 in a place called Harrow-on-the-Hill, in Middlesex, England. His family was well-known. He went to a famous school, Christ Church, Oxford, in 1581.
Becoming a Priest
In 1584, Anthony decided to study to become a priest. He went to the English College in Reims, France. This college was a special place for English Catholics who wanted to become priests during a time when it was difficult to do so in England.
He took his first steps towards becoming a priest in 1585. Later, he became a deacon in 1590 and a full priest in 1591. People who knew him said he was very smart and kind. They admired his good heart and friendly nature.
Facing Danger

His Legacy
