For example, he painted about the life of Saint Lawrence for a church in Huesca. He also painted about the life of Saint Vincent for a church in Zaragoza.

An important writer named Antonio Ponz visited the Teruel Cathedral. He saw one of Antonio's paintings there. It was an altarpiece called "Eleven Thousand Virgins." Antonio Ponz was very impressed. He said that Antonio Bisquert was a painter with "much merit." This means he thought Antonio was a very talented artist.

Another art historian, Juan Agustín Ceán Bermúdez, also wrote about Antonio. He included information about Antonio in his historical dictionary. Antonio Bisquert passed away in 1646.
