Antonio Lindbäck (born on May 5, 1985, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) is a famous motorcycle speedway rider from Sweden. He is known for his exciting racing style and has achieved a lot in the sport. Antonio was a key part of the Swedish team that won the Speedway World Cup twice, in 2004 and 2015. He's also nicknamed "Anton" or "Rio Rocket."

Antonio's Speedway Journey
Antonio Lindbäck started his international speedway career in 2004. He quickly made a name for himself. That year, he became the European Under-19 Champion. He also won the Scandinavian Under-21 Championship in 2005.
Grand Prix Racing
In October 2004, Antonio won the Grand Prix Challenge. This win helped him get a permanent spot in the top-level Speedway Grand Prix series for 2005. He finished 10th in the world in both the 2005 and 2006 championships.
Antonio had a big moment in 2012 when he won his first Grand Prix race. This victory happened in Italy. He also won another Grand Prix in Poland that same year. He continued to be an important rider for the Swedish national team.
Team Success and Comebacks
Antonio has been a valuable member of the Sweden national speedway team. He helped Sweden win the Speedway World Cup in 2004 and again in 2015. He has represented his country 17 times.
He announced his retirement from speedway twice, but he always found his way back to the track. In 2022, he rode for teams like Masarna and Valsarna in Sweden. He even helped Valsarna win the Allsvenskan league championship in 2022. In 2023, he was part of the Swedish team competing in the 2023 Speedway World Cup.
