Antonios Katinaris (born in 1931 – died on October 28, 1999) was a famous Greek musician. He was born in Chania, a city on the island of Crete. His family had moved there from Asia Minor.

From a very young age, Antonios showed a great interest in music. He was also very talented. By the time he was 16, he was already a professional musician. He became well-known in Chania for his amazing skill playing the bouzouki, a Greek musical instrument.

In the 1960s, Antonios moved to Athens, the capital of Greece. This was a big step for his music career. He became a popular composer, writing many songs. One of his most famous songs was What can you do, with only one heart. The words for this song were written by Eftichia Papagianopoulou. This song helped him become famous all over Greece.

Katinaris was married to Maria Rippi. She was also a singer and came from a family of musicians. They had three daughters. One of their daughters, Maria Katinari, has followed in her father's footsteps. She is a singer and songwriter, continuing his musical legacy.
