Apu Biswas (born October 11, 1989) is a famous Bangladeshi film actress and model. She is one of the most popular stars in the Bangladeshi film industry, often called "Dhallywood."
Apu became a top actress after starring in blockbuster movies like Koti Takar Kabin and Chachchu. Her on-screen partnership with actor Shakib Khan was very successful, and they became one of the most famous couples in Dhallywood cinema. Together, they starred in over 75 films. Her success continued with hit films like Number One Shakib Khan and Bhalobaslei Ghor Bandha Jay Na.

Apu Biswas was born in Bogra, Bangladesh. Her birth name is Avanti Biswas. Her father was Upendronath Bishwas, and her mother was Shefali Bishwas. Apu is the youngest of four children, with two older sisters and one older brother.
