Ardmore is a small village and townland located in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. Its name comes from the Irish words "An tArd Mór," which means "the great height." In 2001, about 210 people lived in Ardmore. It is part of the Derry and Strabane district.
Ardmore is known for its local sports teams. It also has a pub called McCourts Bar. Behind the pub, there are pitches for Gaelic football and soccer. The City Of Derry Equestrian Centre, a place for horse riding, is also located here.
