Rosalba Pippa (born August 20, 1982), known by her stage name Arisa, is a famous Italian singer, actress, and TV star. She is well-known for her powerful voice and unique style. Arisa has won the important Sanremo Music Festival twice, showing her talent as a singer.

Early life and her special name

Arisa was born in Genoa, Italy. Just a week after she was born, her family moved back to their hometown, Pignola. This is a small village near Potenza.
