Artūras Rimkevičius (born 14 April 1983 – died 23 September 2019) was a talented Lithuanian football player. He was known for playing as a striker, which means he was a forward player who focused on scoring goals. Artūras was born in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Artūras Rimkevičius played for many different football clubs during his career. He started playing professionally in 2001.
Playing for Clubs
He played for teams like FK Tauras Tauragė and FBK Kaunas in Lithuania. Later, he joined FK Liepājas Metalurgs in Latvia. He also played for FK Silute and FK Šiauliai.
Artūras also had a chance to play for teams in other countries. He was part of Atlantis FC in Finland and Asteras Tripolis F.C. in Greece. He even played for Brunei DPMM FC in Brunei.
Throughout his club career, Artūras Rimkevičius scored many goals. He was a key player for several of his teams.
Playing for Lithuania
Artūras Rimkevičius also represented his home country, Lithuania, in international matches. He made his first appearance for the national team in June 2010.
