Artist Demery (born June 10, 1914 – died January 5, 1995) was an American baseball player. He played as an outfielder in the Negro leagues during the 1940s. The Negro leagues were professional baseball leagues in the United States. They were made up of mostly African American players. These leagues existed when Black players were not allowed to play in Major League Baseball.
