The 15th season of the popular TV show Arthur first aired on PBS in the United States. It ran from October 10, 2011, to June 15, 2012. This season has 10 episodes, which were actually made during the production of season 14. Some of these episodes had already been shown in other countries before they aired in the US.
This season was the last one where some of the main characters had different voice actors. For example, Dallas Jokic was the voice of Arthur, and Robert Naylor voiced D.W. It was also the last season made by Cookie Jar Entertainment. Plus, it was the final season to use traditional animation. After this, the show started being produced by 9 Story Media Group and switched to Flash animation. The next season was also the first in the US to be shown in high-definition (HD) widescreen.
