William Healy became the voice of Arthur. Andrew Dayton started voicing D.W., and Max Friedman Cole voiced Brain. Andrew Dayton had also voiced James in earlier seasons.

They suggest their parents sit outside and take a break. As things get messy inside the house, Arthur tries not to bother his parents for help. |

A strong hurricane hits Elwood City. Arthur and his friends are affected in different ways. Arthur starts a project to help lost pets find their owners. The first floor of the Crosswires' house floods, so they stay in a shelter. Ladonna worries her dad won't be home for her birthday because he is very busy. Brain gets scared after seeing his family's ice cream shop destroyed. He develops a fear of the wind and starts seeing a therapist (voiced by Idina Menzel).
