Asami Shimoda (下田 麻美, Shimoda Asami) is a talented Japanese actress and voice actress. She is famous for lending her voice to many characters in anime shows and video games. She also sings and has released her own music.

Asami Shimoda is especially well-known for her roles as the Futami twins, Ami and Mami, in the popular The Idolmaster series. She also provides the voices for the virtual singers Kagamine Rin and Len. These characters are part of the Vocaloid software from Crypton Future Media.
