Assia Ahhatt, born on June 3, 1955, is a talented violinist and singer from Ukraine. She became famous around the world in 2013. Her first song, "If Only Tonight," was a huge hit, getting more than three million views online.

Early Life and Music Training

Assia Ahhatt was born in Kyiv, which is the capital city of Ukraine. She studied music at two important schools in Kyiv: Glier College of Music and the National Music Academy. After finishing her studies there, she went to France for more training. She did an internship at The Music Academy in Nice.

Assia's Music Journey

Assia started her career as a main performer, called a soloist, with the Ukrainian National Philharmonic. She quickly became very successful in her music career. She played her violin in famous concert halls across Germany, France, Italy, and other European countries. She also won awards at many music festivals and competitions in Europe.

First Album and Singing Career

In 1999, Assia released her first solo album, "Homo Novus." This album mixed instrumental music with modern sounds. To share her new music, Assia went on a tour across many big cities in Ukraine.

Assia Ahhatt began singing in 2002. That same year, she signed a music deal with EMI records in Poland. Later, she signed another deal with Universal Poland. In 2005, Assia started a music group called "69." She was both the producer and a songwriter for the duo. They released two albums in 2006: "Goryachiy pocelui" (Hot Kiss) and "I Like It."

In 2007, Assia released her album "Я лучшая" (I Am the Best). Then, in 2010, she released "Angeli ne kuryat" (Angels Don't Smoke).

Major Achievements

One of the biggest achievements in her music career was her album "All-In," released in the US in 2018. Assia worked with a legendary music producer, Humberto Gatica, who has won 16 Grammy Awards. He is known for working with stars like Madonna, Elton John, and Celine Dion. Gatica knew that working with Assia would lead to awards and sold-out concerts.
