The Aston Martin Residences is a very tall building, called a skyscraper, being built in Miami, Florida. It is located right by the Miami River and Biscayne Bay in the city's downtown area. This building is special because it is expected to be the tallest building used only for homes (residential) south of New York City.
This amazing building will have almost 400 apartments. Most of these homes were already sold by 2020. A very special feature of the building is its private marina, which is a place where boats can dock. This marina is big enough for very large, fancy boats called superyachts. If someone buys the biggest and most expensive apartment, known as the main penthouse, they even get a super cool Aston Martin Vulcan car with it!
Building History
Construction on the Aston Martin Residences began in 2019. A huge amount of concrete was poured over 36 hours. This was one of the biggest single concrete pours ever done in the Miami area at that time. By late 2020, more than 30 floors of the building had already been built. The building is still under construction, getting closer to being finished.
