Atsushi Ichimura (市村 篤司, Ichimura Atsushi, born November 18, 1984) is a Japanese former football player. He played as a defender. Ichimura had a long career in Japanese professional football. He played for several teams before retiring in 2019.
Atsushi Ichimura's Football Journey
Atsushi Ichimura began his football career in high school. He played for Hokkai High School from 2000 to 2002. This is where he started to show his talent as a defender.
His professional journey started in 2003. He joined Consadole Sapporo. He played for this team for two seasons. He helped them in the J2 League.
In 2005, Ichimura moved to Roasso Kumamoto. This was a very important part of his career. He played for Roasso Kumamoto for many years. He stayed with them until 2012. During this time, he played in over 200 matches. He became a key player for the team's defense.
