Augustin "Gustav" Bubník (born November 21, 1928, died April 18, 2017) was a famous ice hockey player from Czechoslovakia. He was known for his amazing skills on the ice. Gustav played for the Czechoslovak national team.

A Hockey Star

Gustav Bubník was a very talented forward. He played a key role in his team's success. He helped his team win a silver medal at the 1948 Winter Olympics. This was a huge achievement for him and his country.
