Austin Crute (born October 24, 1995) is an American actor. He is well-known for his roles in the Netflix series Daybreak. He also appeared in the movies Booksmart and They/Them.

Austin Crute was born in Norcross, Georgia. His father was a pastor, so he grew up in a religious family. When he was 15, in 2011–2012, Austin was a contestant on a TV show called Majors & Minors. This show was a reality competition. A music album was also made from the show.
Austin finished high school in 2014. He went to Greater Atlanta Christian School. Later, he graduated from New York University in 2018.
In 2019, Austin played a character named Alan in the movie Booksmart. This film was the first movie directed by Olivia Wilde. He also played Wesley Fists in the Netflix series Daybreak. This show is about a world after a big event. Before these roles, he had a small part in the FX series Atlanta. In that episode, he played a character called "Black Justin Bieber".
Austin Crute is also a singer. He has released a song called "Ungodly".
