Sir Augustine Danger "Austin" Powers, who holds the title of Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire (KBE), is a fun fictional character. He comes from the popular Austin Powers series of movies. The character was created by Mike Myers, who also played Austin Powers in all the films.
Austin Powers is the main hero in three movies: Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery (1997), Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999), and Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002). He is a British spy who loves to have fun. Austin Powers represents the hippie culture from the 1960s. This is because he and his main enemy, Dr. Evil, were frozen for many years during a science experiment. The movies are funny because they show Austin trying to understand the modern world. He still tries to save the world from bad guys, even though everything has changed around him.
