Early Life and Education

After finishing high school in Greenland, Aviâja went to the University of Edinburgh. There, she earned a master's degree in social anthropology. Working for Education and Rights

From 2006, Aviâja Egede Lynge led the department of further education at the University of Greenland. She helped create special courses for teachers. These courses included diploma programs and a master's degree. She also teaches about human societies and has helped make schools better.
