Avneet Kaur (born on October 13, 2001) is a talented Indian actress and dancer. She is well-known for her roles in popular TV shows like Chandra Nandini and Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga. Avneet also appeared in dance reality shows such as Dance India Dance Li'l Masters and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5. She has also acted in films like Mardaani and Tiku Weds Sheru.

Avneet Kaur was born in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. Her family later moved to Mumbai. She started her journey in the entertainment world at a young age, when she was just 8 years old in 2010. Avneet also studied commerce at a college in Mumbai.

Avneet's Career Journey

Avneet began her career as a dancer in 2010. She first appeared on Zee TV's dance show Dance India Dance Li'l Masters. After that, she joined another dance show called Dance Ke Superstars.

In 2012, Avneet started acting. Her first acting role was in the TV show Meri Maa. She then appeared in Tedhe Hain Par Tere Mere Hain. In the same year, she was the youngest contestant on the celebrity dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

Avneet continued acting in TV shows. In 2013, she played a young princess in Savitri – Ek Prem Kahani. She also appeared in Ek Mutthi Aasmaan and a news bulletin for kids called The Weekly Rap.

Her film career started in 2014 with the movie Mardaani. She also played Khushi in the TV show Hamari Sister Didi.

In 2017, Avneet played Princess Charumati in the historical TV show Chandra Nandini. From 2018 to 2020, she became very popular for her role as Princess Yasmine in the fantasy show Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga. She left the show in 2020 due to health reasons.

More recently, in June 2023, Avneet appeared in the film Chidiakhana. She also starred in Tiku Weds Sheru which was released on Amazon Prime Video. In June 2024, she was seen in the movie Luv Ki Arrange Marriage. In December 2024, Avneet starred in the mystery series Party Till I Die.

Avneet's upcoming film, Love in Vietnam, was announced at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival. This movie is special because it's the first time India and Vietnam are working together on a film. It is based on a popular book called Madonna in a Fur Coat.
