The Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation (often called AVF) is the main group that organizes and manages volleyball and beach volleyball in Azerbaijan. It was started in 1991. The AVF became a member of two big international volleyball groups in 1992: the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) and the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV). The current president of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation is Javid Gurbanov. Its main office is in Baku, the capital city of Azerbaijan.
