Balmoral is a small, quiet place in Wisconsin, United States. It's called an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes and businesses that isn't officially a town or city with its own local government. Instead, it's part of a larger area called the town of Eagle in Richland County.
Before it was known as Balmoral, this community had a few different names! First, it was called Rodolf's Mill. Later, people knew it as Lawson. Finally, in 1889, a post office opened there, and it was given the name Balmoral.
