This impressive building took over the title from One Tampa City Center. However, it only held the record for a few years. In 1992, another building called 100 North Tampa was completed, becoming even taller.
The Bank of America Plaza was not always known by its current name. When it first opened, it was called Barnett Plaza. Today, it offers a huge amount of space for businesses, with over 783,930 square feet available to rent.
