Barbara Anne McKinzie was born on January 2, 1954. She is an American accountant. From 2006 to 2010, she served as the twenty-seventh International President of Alpha Kappa Alpha (ΑΚΑ). Alpha Kappa Alpha is a very important sorority, which is like a club for college women. It was the first Greek-lettered sorority created by African-American college women.
