Baxter's Bus Lines is an Australian company that provides special bus services, mostly for groups and events, in Sydney. For many years, until August 2006, they also ran regular bus routes for daily commuters in Western Sydney.

The Story of Baxter's Bus Lines
How It All Started
Baxter's Bus Lines was founded by a father and son, Roy Baxter and Garry Baxter. They started the company in April 1981. Their first step was buying the bus services from Barklimore Brothers, a company based in Merrylands.
Growing the Company
Over the years, Baxter's Bus Lines grew by buying other bus companies.
- In January 1987, they bought the services of Western Road Transport Services in Wentworthville.
- In April 1992, they purchased the services of Delwood Coaches from Granville.
- In June 1995, they acquired the services of Bass Hill Bus Service. Some of these bus routes were given new numbers.
Changes in Bus Routes
In April 2004, Baxter's took over bus services 817 and 818 from another company called Bustrans. However, these routes, along with the former Bass Hill Bus routes (930 and 932), were soon transferred to Transit First in January 2005. On the same day, the services that used to belong to Delwood Coaches were transferred to Connex NSW.
Focusing on Charter Services
In August 2006, Baxter's Bus Lines sold all their remaining regular bus routes to Westbus. After this, Baxter's decided to focus only on their special charter services. Their main office and depot moved to Glendenning. Later, in December 2013, they moved back to the Girraween depot.
About the Bus Fleet
As of September 2021, Baxter's Bus Lines has a fleet of 28 buses and coaches. The buses have a special look: they are fawn (a light brownish-yellow color) with a bright orange stripe. The company always makes sure their buses look very clean and well-maintained.
