Beau MacMillan (born March 4, 1971) is a famous American chef and a TV personality. He is known for his amazing cooking skills. Beau MacMillan is the head chef, also called the executive chef, at a fancy resort in Arizona. This resort is called Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain. He also leads the kitchen at its main restaurant, elements. Many people know him by his nickname, "BeauMac."

Beau MacMillan's Cooking Journey
Beau MacMillan started his cooking career very young. When he was just 16 years old, he began working at a place called Crane Brook Tea Room. This was in Carver. He learned a lot from Chef Francois de Melogue for about a year.
Early Career Steps
After that, Beau moved to La Vieille Maison in Boca Raton, Florida. He worked hard and was promoted to sous chef. A sous chef is like the second-in-command in a kitchen.
Later, Beau moved to Los Angeles. There, he became a sous chef at the Hotel Bel-Air. He then worked at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica.
Becoming an Executive Chef
In 1998, Beau MacMillan became the Executive Chef at the Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain. This was a big step in his career. He has been leading the kitchens there ever since.
